Heather is a dynamix HR strategist with a knack for helping organizations and their people evolve, thrive, and grow. She believes great workplaces don’t happen by chance; they’re built with intention, creativity, and a whole lot of heart.
Originally from Belleville, ON, Heather’s career took her to the GTA, where she spent 17 years as a human resources leader, collaborating with organizations to enhance HR practices and build strong, people-centered programs. As a lifelong learner, she earned her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation (2007) through the HRPA and remains committed to the rigorous training and ethics required to uphold it. Heather also holds a diploma in Social Work, Law & Security, and a BA from York University in Human Rights and Equities.
In 2014, Heather returned to the Quinte area, where she now lives, works, and plays.
